It shall be unlawful for any person to have in possession for the purpose of consuming any alcoholic beverage within the confines of any city-owned Little League park, or Mills Park, or what is commonly called the city park, all of which places are located within the city limits.

It shall be unlawful for any person to publicly display any alcoholic beverages within the confines of any Little League park owned by the city, Mills Park, or what is commonly called the city park, all located within the city limits.

The term “alcoholic beverages” as referred to in this division shall include, but not be limited to, whiskey, beer, gin, vodka, malt liquor, liqueurs, sloe gin, rum and tequila.

Any person who shall violate this division shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision set forth in section 1.01.009 of this code.
