Unless another penalty is expressly provided in the Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.) or by this Chapter 154, any person who violates any provision, section or schedule of this Chapter 154 shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of $50 plus the costs of prosecution.

A. 
This Chapter 154 and all the provisions, sections or schedules hereof shall be enforced by individuals or entities appointed by Resolution of the Township Board of Supervisors from time to time, including but not limited to the Township Code Official, Township Zoning Officer, the Pennsylvania State Police, a municipal police department, a Pennsylvania State constable or other individual or entity determined to be qualified by the Board of Supervisors.
B. 
Except as provided in Subsection C, enforcement of parking restrictions and prohibitions shall be initiated by placing a warning notice in a form prescribed by the Township on the vehicle in violation of the parking restriction or prohibition. A second and all subsequent violations of parking restrictions or prohibitions by a vehicle previously issued a warning notice shall be enforced by the issuance of a parking ticket in a form prescribed by the Township. A fine of $50 is hereby imposed for the first violation of a parking restriction or prohibition. Subsequent violations by the same vehicle shall be fined at a rate of double the amount of the immediately prior fine, but not to exceed $1,000. Upon failure to pay the fine to the Township within 15 days of the issuance of the parking ticket, the offense shall be prosecuted in accordance with Article III, § 154-24.
C. 
Notwithstanding any other provision or section of this Chapter 154, a vehicle parked on any street or road in violation of any provision, section or schedule of this Chapter 154 may be removed by towing and impounded, without a prior warning notice, in accordance with Article IV of this Chapter 154.

Any person who, without lawful authority, attempts to or in fact, alters, twists, obstructs, defaces, injures, knocks down or removes a traffic-control device or any inscription, shield, insignia or printing thereon or any part thereof; or interferes with the effective operation of any traffic-control device in the Township, shall be subject to prosecution and the penalties set forth in Section 6126 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 6126, including restitution. For purposes of this section, "traffic-control device" includes a cone, tubular marker, delineator, warning light, traffic signal, signal poles and appurtenances, drum, barricade, sign, sign post, sign truck, arrow board or other device intended to control or regulate motor vehicles, traffic and parking.
