[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Morrisonville as Title 1, Ch. 1.12, Ch. 1.16 and Ch. 1.20, of the
1980 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Corporate Seal of the Village shall be as follows: A circular
disc with the words "Morrisonville, Christian County, Ills." in the
outer circle and the words and figures "Incorporated Nov. 9, 1872,"
in the interior of circle.
The corporate limits of the Village shall be and extend over
the following tracts of land situated in Township 11 North, Range
3 West of the Third Principal Meridian, in the county of Christian
and State of Illinois: the Southwest Quarter of Section Five, the
Southeast Quarter of Section Six, the Northeast Quarter of Section
Seven, the Northwest Quarter of Section Eight.
The municipal year of the Village shall begin on the first day
in May and shall end on the 13th day of April of each and every year
hereafter.
