The form to be utilized for all requests under Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § 67.101 et seq., attached hereto as Schedule 3 and incorporated herein is hereby approved and adopted.[1]

This article shall become effective in accordance with the provisions of law and shall be applicable to all requests for public records as of January 1, 2009.
In the event any provision, section, sentence, clause or part of this article shall be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect or impair any remaining provision, section, sentence, clause or part of this article, it being the intent of Weisenberg Township that the remainder of this article shall remain in full force and effect.
All ordinances and resolutions or parts thereof, insofar as the same or inconsistent herewith, are repealed hereby.
