A. The
permit fee for any newly constructed or installed private domestic
well shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) to allow for plan review
and two (2) inspections.
B. The
fee for each additional inspection for approval and evaluation purposes
shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).

A. The
deposit from an applicant for water or sewer service shall be as follows:
1. Single-family
dwellings that are owner occupied will pay a fifty dollar ($50.00)
deposit.
2. Single-family
dwellings that are occupied by a tenant (other than owner occupied)
will pay a one hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit.
3. Class
I commercial establishments will pay a one hundred dollar ($100.00)
deposit.
4. Class
II commercial establishments will pay a one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00)
deposit.
5. Class
III commercial establishments will pay a five hundred dollar ($500.00)
deposit (establishments with a 2-inch meter).
6. Temporary
construction meter accounts shall pay a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00)
deposit.
B. The deposit for reconnection to municipal services after disconnection due to nonpayment or delinquency shall be triple the applicable deposit as set forth in subsection
A of this section.

In the event that any person receiving water or sewer services
from the town is disconnected for failure to pay the amount due for
such services, the town shall require a reconnection fee in the amount
of fifteen dollars ($15.00) or such other fee as the town council
may, by resolution, establish from time to time.

If any customer questions the accuracy of a meter and the meter
is found to be in calibration, the customer requesting the calibration
test shall be charged a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for residential
property and fifty dollars ($50.00) for commercial property for the
calibration test, or a fee equal to that charged by the third party
for performing the calibration test, whichever is greater.
