In all property donations that are accepted after the adoption
of this article, a standard fee of $600 will be assessed for any party
that has an interest in a property who wishes to donate said property
to the Township of Commercial, County of Cumberland, State of New
Jersey to offset the cost of completing same.
This $600 payment will be received by the Township which will
help offset costs and fees as described above.
