Township of Patton, PA Article II Police Mutual Aid Agreement

§ 9-4 Agreement by municipalities and university to provide police mutual aid.

The municipalities of State College Borough, Ferguson Township, Patton Township, Bellefonte Borough, and Spring Township, all of Centre County, Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania State University have agreed to provide police mutual aid through a Police Mutual Aid Agreement, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A.[1]

§ 9-5 Authorization to execute agreement.

The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Patton hereby authorizes the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Police Mutual Aid Agreement.[1]
