[Adopted 12-13-2006 by Ord. No. 2006-478[1] (Ch. 4, Art. III, of the 1996 Code)]
Ordinance No. 2002-401, which adopted the Joint
Articles of Agreement for the Regional Emergency Management Program
dated May 30, 2002, which at that time superseded Ordinance No. 90-251,
which adopted the Joint Articles of Agreement for the Regional Emergency
Management Program dated December 18, 1989, is hereby repealed and
superseded.
The Board of Supervisors of Patton Township
hereby adopts, by reference, the Joint Articles of Agreement for the
Regional Emergency Management Program (a copy of which is attached
to this article as Exhibit A).[1]

authorized to execute said articles on behalf of the Township of Patton.
