The Supervisors of the Township of Patton hereby
adopt, by reference, the Intermunicipal Agreement for creation of
the Industrial Pretreatment Program, a copy of which is attached to
this article as Exhibit A.[1]

the Township offices.
The Chair of the Supervisors is hereby authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the Township of Patton.
All existing agreements, resolutions and ordinances
which are contrary to the provisions of this article are hereby repealed
to the extent necessary to give this article full force and effect.
