The Board of Supervisors of Patton Township
hereby adopted, by reference, the Municipal Drug Task Force Agreement
(Rev. 7/97), a copy of which is attached to this article as Exhibit
A.[1]

Editor's Note: Said exhibit is on file in
the Township offices.
Amendments to the agreement as provided in Section
15 (page 7) shall be valid and binding only upon adoption of an ordinance
of the Township of Patton approving the amendments and authorizing
the Chair to sign the changes or modifications.
The Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Township of
Patton.
