The Board of Supervisors of Patton Township
hereby adopts, by reference, the Mobile Command and Communications
Post Vehicle Sharing Agreement, a copy of which is attached to this
article as Exhibit A.[1]

Editor's Note: Said exhibit is on file in
the Township offices.
The Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Township of
Patton.
All existing agreements, resolutions, and ordinances
which are contrary to the provisions of this article are hereby repealed
to the extent necessary to give this article full force and effect.
