Township of Patton, PA Article VII Centre Area Cable Consortium Agreement

[Adopted 10-27-2004 by Ord. No. 2004-445 (Ch. 4, Art. VIII, of the 1996 Code)]

§ 9-18 Article of Agreement adopted.

The Board of Supervisors of Patton Township hereby adopts, by reference, the Joint Articles of Agreement for the Centre Area Cable Consortium, a copy of which is attached to this article as Exhibit A.[1]

§ 9-19 Authorization to execute agreement.

The Chair of the Patton Township Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute said articles on behalf of Patton Township.
