Township of Patton, PA Article XIV Spring Creek Watershed Agreement

§ 9-36 Adoption of agreement.

The Board of Supervisors of Patton Township hereby adopts, by reference, the Agreement for the Spring Creek Watershed Commission.

§ 9-37 Authorization to execute agreement.

The Chair of the Patton Township Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute said articles on behalf of Patton Township.

§ 9-38 Repealer.

All existing agreements, resolutions, and ordinances which are contrary to the provisions of this article are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this article full force and effect.
