The Board of Supervisors of Patton Township hereby adopts, by
reference, the Joint Articles of Agreement for Acquisition, Ownership,
and Disposition of the "Hess Softball Field Complex," a copy of which
is attached to this ordinance as Exhibit A.[1]

The Chair of the Patton Township Board of Supervisors is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Patton Township.
