A. 
As established by Section 606 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Second Class Township Code reenacted and amended in 1995 (P.L. 350, No. 60), as amended,[1] Supervisors may receive as compensation an amount established by ordinance not in excess of $4,125 annually for a Township with a population of 15,000 to 24,999, to be paid monthly or quarterly.

B. 
In keeping within these guidelines, the Board of Supervisors shall be compensated in the amount of $4,125 annually, to be paid quarterly. This rate of compensation shall take effect following the next election to each seat of the Board and paid to the individual elected to that position for the terms established as follows:

The rate of compensation paid to incumbent Board members serving in Seats 3, 4 and 5 until the term for which the new rate of compensation is effective as outlined in § 113-1 above shall remain at the current rate of $3,250 annually, to be paid quarterly, as was established by Ordinance No. 2007-490.
