The Board of Supervisors of Patton Township hereby adopts, by
reference, the Cable Franchise Agreement between Patton Township and
Comcast of Colorado/Pennsylvania/West Virginia, LLC ("Comcast").[1]

The Chair of the Patton Township Board of Supervisors is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Patton Township.
All existing agreements, resolutions, and ordinances which are
contrary to the provisions of this article are hereby repealed to
the extent necessary to give this article full force and effect.

The Township Board of Supervisors does hereby approve the cable
franchise agreement negotiated with the Grantee (Shenandoah Cable
Television, LLC), including all of the terms and conditions contained
therein, and does hereby authorize the execution of such agreement.[1]
