§ 60-8 Requirements for Court Clerks and Deputy Court Clerks.

Any person holding the office or performing the functions of Court Clerk or Deputy Court Clerk need not be a resident nor an elector of the Town of Rotterdam; provided, however, that such person shall reside in the State of New York. This section shall supersede NY Town Law § 23 and NY Public Officers Law § 3.
