The City Clerk-Treasurer shall collect all City license fees
that may become due.

The City Clerk-Treasurer shall, at the end of each quarter of
the fiscal year, and oftener if required by the Council, prepare and
deliver to the City Council a full and complete report for the said
quarter of all City licenses issued, giving the name of each person
so licensed, the type of license and the amount paid therefor.
