offices where it is not deemed desirable to permit a more intensive
business activity of a retail nature. Such a district should serve
as a buffer between residential areas and other commercial districts
and should be associated with arterial or minor arterial streets.
This zoning district would typically be found in areas designated
as urban mixed use on the Kalispell Growth Policy Future Land Use
Map.
