means twenty (20) or more people listed on a camping permit not to exceed two hundred (200) persons.
is a person with a valid Hawai'i driver's license or a Hawai'i State identification card.
means the area designated for camping on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
means a two (2) sided hanger-style windshield placard with the international symbol of access on it, issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles for a person who has been certified with a temporary or permanent disability by a practicing physician.
is a person with a disability which limits or impairs the ability to walk, and who, as determined by a licensed practicing physician:
Cannot walk two hundred (200) feet without stopping to rest, due to a diagnosed arthritic, neurological, orthopedic, renal, vascular, or oncological condition;
Cannot walk without the use of, or assistance from, a brace, cane, crutch, another person, prosthetic device, wheelchair, or other assistive device;
Is restricted by lung disease to such an extent that the person's forced (respiratory) expiratory volume for one (1) second, when measured by spirometry, is less than one (1) liter, or the arterial oxygen tension is less than sixty (60) mm/hg on room air at rest;
Uses portable oxygen;
Has a cardiac condition to the extent that the person's functional limitations are classified in severity as Class III or Class IV according to the standards set by the American Heart Association; or
As further defined in Hawai'i Revised Statutes Section 291-51, as amended.
means any animal individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
means license plates displaying the international symbol of access in a color contrasting to the background and with the same size as the letters and numbers on the plates, issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles to a person whose disability is expected to last for at least four (4) years as certified by a practicing physician.
