A.
Adoption. A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Reeds Spring, being marked and designated as the International Building Code, 2009 Edition, including Appendix Chapters E — Supplementary Accessibility Requirements, F — Rodent Proofing, G — Flood-Resistant Construction, H — Signs, I — Patio Covers, J — Grading, and K — Administrative Provisions, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City of Reeds Spring in the State of Missouri for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures; by providing the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use; and the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use and the demolition of such structures as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Code on file in the office of the City of Reeds Spring are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Subsection (B) of this Section.
B.
Revisions. The following Sections are hereby revised:

C.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section or the Building Code adopted herein, as amended in this Section of the Municipal Code of the City of Reeds Spring, Missouri, shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned in the City or County Jail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both a fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
