adopted 3-16-11, repealed § 6-41 pertaining to adoption
of Building Code, which derived from Ord. No. 2008-02R, adopted 2-6-08.
The California Building Code adopted by this chapter is amended
as follows:
Sec. 6-42.1.
Appendix Chapter J is hereby amended
to incorporate Article 55 of the Escondido Zoning Code, Grading and
Erosion Control.
