A. If
the subdivider or any interested person is dissatisfied with an action
of the Director of Planning and Building, or Planning Commission with
respect to a subdivision related application, the subdivider or such
interested person may file a written appeal as provided in the Map
Act and the Administration and Enforcement division of the Zoning
Code.
B. An
appeal shall not be deemed filed unless and until a fee, established
by resolution of the City Council has been paid, to cover the costs
of processing and noticing the appeal.
