Section 13 of Ord. 5674, adopted Oct. 20, 2009, redesignated Ch. 2.24, public services department as department of Glendale water and power.
The department of Glendale water and power shall be composed of the department enumerated in Section 2.24.020.

A.
The
office of general manager of Glendale water and power is created.
For purposes of this chapter, the general manager of Glendale water
and power shall be the head of the department of Glendale water and
power, which department shall perform the functions of the department
of Glendale water and power as set forth by the City Charter, including
all meter readings and collections.
B.
The
general manager of Glendale water and power shall be an officer of
the city.
