The following terms used herein shall have the meaning indicated:
Occupancy.The term "occupancy" means the right to use, possess, enjoy and/or enter upon real property or improvements located thereon or any portion thereof.
Time-share estate.A "time-share estate" is a right of occupancy in a time-share project which is coupled with an estate in the real property.
Time-share interval.A "time-share interval" is the period or length of time of occupancy or use into which a timeshare project has been divided.
Time-share project.A "time-share project" is one in which a purchaser receives the right in perpetuity, for life, or for a term of years, to the recurrent, exclusive or nonexclusive use or occupancy of a lot, parcel, unit, room(s) or segment of real property, annually or on some other seasonal or periodic basis, for a period of time that has been or will be allotted from the use or occupancy periods into which the project has been divided. Time-share project, shall include, but not be limited to time-share estate, interval ownership, vacation license, golf club membership, gymnasium membership, social club, vacation lease, club membership, time share use, hotel condominium, or uses of a similar nature wherein a right to occupy is represented by either a time share estate or a time share right to use.
Time-share unit.A "time-share unit" is the portion of the real property or real property improvement in a timeshare project the use or occupancy of which is divided into time-share intervals.
Time-share use.A "time-share use" is a license or contractual or membership right of occupancy and/or use in a time-share project which is not coupled with an estate in the real property. A time-share use shall include any contractual right of occupancy which does not fall within the definition of a time-share estate, including, without limitation, a vacation license, prepaid hotel reservation, use agreement, club membership, limited partnership or vacation bond.
