Town of Henrietta, NY Article X Payment in Lieu of Taxes Required for Systems/Equipment Identified at Real Property Tax Law § 487 Subdivision 9(a), Including Solar or Wind Energy Systems

§ 250-31 Contract for payments in lieu of taxes; legislative authority.

The Town of Henrietta (inclusive of all applicable taxation authority of the Town) intends to require a contract for payments in lieu of taxes relative to those certain systems/equipment identified at and as authorized pursuant to Real Property Tax Law § 487 Subdivision 9(a), such systems including solar and/or wind energy systems, all pursuant to and in accord with NY Real Property Tax Law § 487. This provision constitutes notification to owners or developers pursuant to NY Real Property Tax Law § 487.
