The Sacramento Municipal Court District shall consist of all of the territory within the boundaries of the County of Sacramento, except that part lying within the boundaries of the South Sacramento County Judicial District as described in Section 2.04.020 of this Code.

The South Sacramento County Judicial District shall consist of all of that part of the County lying within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly production of the northerly right-of-way line of Kiefer Boulevard and the westerly right-of-way line of Grant Line Road; thence southwesterly along the westerly right-of-way line of Grant Line Road to its intersection with the easterly production of the southerly right-of-way line of Florin Road; thence westerly along said easterly production and the southerly right-of-way line of Florin Road to its intersection with the easterly right-of-way line of Bradshaw Road; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way line of Bradshaw Road to its intersection with the southerly right-of-way line of Gerber Road; thence westerly along the southerly right-of-way line of Gerber Road to its intersection with the westerly right-of-way line of Elk Grove-Florin Road; thence southerly along the westerly right-of-way line of Elk Grove-Florin Road to its intersection with the northerly right-of-way line of Calvine Road; thence westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of Calvine Road to the easterly right-of-way of South Sacramento Freeway; thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line of said freeway to its intersection with the easterly production of the southerly line of Lot 3, Hewitt Subdivision No. 4, per plat filed in the County Recorder's Office, Sacramento County, in Book 14 of Maps, Map No. 55; thence westerly along said easterly production and the southerly line of Lot 3, to the point of intersection with the northerly production of the east line of Hewitt Avenue; thence southerly along said northerly production, the east line of Hewitt Avenue and continuing southerly along the southerly production of the east line of Hewitt Avenue to its intersection with the south line of Jacinto Avenue; thence easterly along said south line to a point 34.61 feet westerly of the west line of the east one-half of Lot 21, Lucerne Meadows, per map filed in said County Recorder's Office in Book 12 of Maps, Map No. 4; thence southerly to a point that measures 314.66 feet south of the north line of said Lot 21; thence Easterly 34.61 feet to a point on said westerly line of the east one-half of Lot 21; thence easterly along the northerly line of the South 314.65 feet of said Lot 21, to its intersection with the easterly line of the West 138.44 feet of the east one-half of said Lot 21; thence northerly along said easterly line of the West 138.44 feet to its intersection with the south line of Jacinto Avenue; thence easterly along the south line of Jacinto Avenue to its intersection with the easterly line of the West 138.44 feet of Lot 20, said Lucerne Meadows; thence southerly along said easterly line to its intersection with the northerly line of the South 314.65 feet of said Lot 20; thence easterly along said northerly line to its intersection with the easterly line of the west one-half of said Lot 20; thence southerly along said easterly line to its intersection with the southerly boundary of said Lucerne Meadows; thence westerly along said southerly boundary to its intersection with the easterly line of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 22, Township 7 North, Range 5 East, M.D.B.&M.; thence northerly along said easterly line to its intersection with the northerly line of the South 384.65 feet of said Northwest one-quarter of Section 22, being also the northeast corner of that certain parcel described in Exception No. 3, of said Sacramento City Ordinance No. 2252; thence westerly along said northerly line to its intersection with the westerly line of the East 178.05 feet of said Northwest one-quarter of Section 22; thence southerly along said westerly line to its intersection with the northerly line of Lot 11, Hewitt Subdivision No. 1, per map filed in said County Recorder's Office, in Book 12 of Maps, Map. Sims, in Book 1047 of Official Records, Page 32; thence westerly along the northerly boundary of said Sims property and the westerly production thereof to its intersection with the west line of Franklin Boulevard; thence northerly along the west line of Franklin Boulevard to a one inch diameter iron pipe monument stamped L.S. 2324 set in the westerly fence line of Franklin Boulevard, said point being the northeast corner of that certain 42 foot width right-of-way described in Exception No. 2, of the annexed area described in Sacramento City Ordinance No. 2464, Fourth Series, passed April 11, 1963; thence continuing North 87º51′45″ West 464.17 feet to a one inch diameter iron pipe monument capped and stamped L.S. 2324, being the northeast corner of that certain parcel described in Exception No. 1 in said City Ordinance No. 2464, Fourth Series; thence continuing North 87º51′45″ West 435.33 feet to a one inch diameter iron pipe monument capped and stamped L.S. 2324; thence South 00°41′15″ East 1042.22 feet to a one inch diameter iron pipe capped and stamped L.S. 2324, set in a fence line, said point being the southwest corner of that certain parcel described in said Exception No. 1, City Ordinance No. 2464, Fourth Series; thence South 89º25″45″ West 1579.90 feet to a one and one-half inch diameter iron pipe monument stamped R.E. 2675, set in a fence corner, said point being the southwest corner of that certain area annexed to the City of Sacramento by said Sacramento City Ordinance No. 2464, Fourth Series; thence North 20º00′ East 1890.63 feet to an unmarked concrete monument set in a fence corner; thence South 89º54′ East 1700.02 feet to an unmarked concrete monument set in said fence marking the westerly right-of-way line of Franklin Boulevard; thence northerly along the west line of Franklin Boulevard to its intersection with the easterly production of the southerly boundary line of that certain tract of land described as Parcels 3 and 6, of all that certain real property situate lying and being in the County of Sacramento, State of California, commonly referred to as the "Muddox Ranch" or the "Pollock Hereford Ranch," consisting of ten parcels and as further described in the records in the matter of the Estate of Geo. G. Pollock also known as George G.
