Whenever a subdivider is required to dedicate roadways, the
City Council or authorized agency may require a subdivider to dedicate
such real property as may be necessary and feasible to provide bicycle
paths for the use and safety of the residents of the subdivision;
provided that the subdivision, as shown on the final map, contains
200 or more lots.
