At the time of filing a tentative map or tentative parcel map
for a subdivision to be created from the conversion of a mobilehome
park to another use, the subdivider shall file a report in accordance
with Section 66427.4 of the Act.

In approving a conversion of a mobilehome park to another use,
the authorized agency shall comply with the requirements of Section
66427.4 of the Act.
