All of the permitted and conditional uses allowed in the PR-1
Planned Residential One District shall be allowed.
A. Cooperative sober living residences and all other
rooming and boarding houses are prohibited.

All of the accessory uses permitted in the PR-1 Planned Residential
One District shall be allowed.
There shall be an open space requirement of 37% for the PR-4
Zone.
The provisions of §
285-58 of the PR-1 Planned Residential One District shall apply.
The provisions of §
285-61 of the PR-1 Planned Residential One District shall apply.
