[Adopted 5-17-1974 as Ch. 25, Art.
I, of the 1974 Code]
There shall be appointed by the Township Committee
of the Township of Lacey a Municipal Attorney, whose term of office
shall be one year commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31
of the year of appointment.

A qualified person or law office shall be designated
and appointed Municipal Attorney each year by the Township Committee.
