No person shall engage in the business of plumbing
within the Village of Great Neck Estates until he shall obtain a license
from the Board of Trustees. Any applicant for a certificate of competence
shall submit documentary proof that he is a duly licensed plumber
in Nassau County or the City of New York.
Each applicant for a license shall pay the sum set forth in Chapter 109, Fees, for a license to engage in the plumbing business in this Village. All licenses shall expire on the last day of each year, irrespective of the date of issue.
