The Pendleton Town parks and the users thereof shall be subject to the Town of Pendleton Park Policies adopted by the Town Board. Substantial changes to the Park Policies shall be reviewed by the Planning Board prior to adoption.

All violations of this chapter or any provision thereof shall be an offense punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days or both.

Editor's Note: This ordinance was originally adopted as Chapter 192 and was renumbered as Ch. 191, Article II, to maintain the organizational structure of the Code.
The blacktop area is restricted to walking, roller blades and bicycles.
Horses or motor vehicles are prohibited in the blacktop area, including three-wheelers or four-wheelers, snowmobiles, motorcycles, dirt bikes, etc.
Minors using the blacktop must be supervised by an adult.
Glass containers are prohibited.
The tennis courts are to be used for tennis only.
Violators of these rules and regulations will be prosecuted and subject to a fine of $25 for the first offense. Second or subsequent violations will result in a fine of $250.
