On the northerly side of Nugent Street between
the intersection thereof with the easterly line of Windmill Lane and
the intersection thereof with the westerly line of Main Street, no
building or front shall be erected and no construction whatsoever
shall be effected within 15 feet measured at right angles from said
northerly line of Nugent Street, and the distance which said buildings,
construction and improvements shall set back from said street line
shall be such that no portion thereof shall be nearer to said street
line than 15 feet.
On the northerly side of Hampton Road between
the intersection thereof with the easterly line of Main Street and
the intersection thereof with the easterly Village line (the area
affected being and covering the entire distance between the aforesaid
points), no building or front shall be erected and no construction
whatsoever shall be affected within 10 feet measured at right angles
from said northerly line of Hampton Road, and the distance which said
buildings, construction and improvements shall set back from said
street line shall be such that no portion thereof shall be nearer
to said street line than 10 feet.
On the southerly side of Hampton Road between
the intersection thereof with the easterly line of Little Plains Road
and the intersection thereof with the easterly Village line (the area
affected being and covering the entire distance between the aforesaid
points), no buildings or front shall be erected and no construction
whatsoever shall be effected within 10 feet measured at right angles
from said southerly line of Hampton Road, and the distance which said
buildings, construction and improvements shall set back from said
street line shall be such that no portion thereof shall be nearer
to said street line than 10 feet.
The provisions of this Article are and shall
be held to be minimum requirements, not intended to abrogate, annul,
repeal or in any way impair or interfere with any present or future
provisions of any building zone or other ordinance establishing or
providing for a greater distance of setback in any instance.

Any person who violates this article or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Article
II of Chapter
1 of the Code of the Village of Southampton.
