The owners/operators of a vehicle shall have the wrecker service they
wish to respond. (NOTE: The exception shall be as follows: if the service

clear the scene.) In the void of a preference, then the next available wrecker
on the rotation list shall be called. (NOTE: Do not determine the type of
equipment to be called, only give details of the vehicles involved and locations
or conditions so the wrecker operator may determine the type of equipment
he/she needs.)
If additional wreckers are needed, wrecker services located within the
town should be called.
A wrecker service may be placed on the rotation list when the it is
determined that:
A. Their business is located within the village limits.

C. They have and maintain insurance above the normal vehicle
insurance.
D. They maintain a reliance of responding to calls.
E. They refrain from responding to scenes until called.

an arrest or parking violation shall be removed by Spencer's, if available,
and shall be removed to a location determined by the investigating officer,
dependent upon the circumstances of the situation.
