[Amended 2-5-2013 by L.L. No. 1-2013]
The boundaries of the zoning districts are shown on the map
entitled "Zoning Map of the Village of Oxford," which is hereby declared
to be a part of this chapter. The official Zoning Map shall be kept
on file in the office of the Village Clerk. Unofficial reductions
of this map shall be for reference purposes only. Changes may be made
in district boundaries only by a zoning amendment adopted by the Village
Board. Any such changes shall be noted by the Village Clerk on the
official Zoning Map promptly after the Village Board adopts such an
amendment. In the event of a conflict between the Zoning Map in the
Village Clerk's office and the specific local law adopting a
Zoning Map amendment, the specific local law shall be the controlling
authority as to the current zoning status of lands, structures and
uses in the Village.
