As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON
Includes one or more persons of either sex, natural persons, corporations, partnerships, associations, joint-stock companies, societies and all other entities of any kind capable of being sued.
No person shall erect telegraph, telephone or electric light poles or string wires in, over or upon the streets or public grounds of the village or upon, over or in front of any building or buildings within the village without first procuring written permission from the Board of Trustees.
