420, Land Use Procedures. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12c, the fee for the Tax Assessor to make and certify a list from current tax duplicates of names and addresses of owners within the Township to whom the applicant is required to give notice shall be a sum not to exceed $0.25 per name or $10, whichever is greater, for said list.

In accordance with Chapter
460, Soil Removal and Soil Fill, fees for a soil removal or soil fill permit are as follows:
A. Minor soil removal or soil fill permit: $100 plus
inspection fees required during the course of operation.
B. Major soil removal or soil fill permit: $750 initial
escrow fee deposit, plus $0.05 per cubic yard of soil to be moved
or removed, 1/3 of which shall be paid upon the filing of an application.
The balance of the permit fee shall be prorated as determined by the
Planning Board, based upon the anticipated period of time of the operation
and the proposed schedule of soil removal, fill or movement.

In accordance with §
500-36, Seasonal/temporary retail sale of Christmas trees, the fee for a permit to sell Christmas trees is $10.

A permit shall be required to conduct a temporary outdoor commercial sales event and a seasonal farmers’ market as defined in Chapter
420, §
420-6, and as regulated in Chapter
500, §
500-36.1. The fee for each permit shall be $50. A seasonal farmers’ market shall be entitled to operate on the basis of one permit per season, which shall constitute the time period from mid-May through mid-October per calendar year.

A. The application and permit fees set forth herein shall be waived,
providing the applicant can demonstrate the following:
(1) It is a nonprofit organization evidenced by a 501(c)(3) status from
the United States Internal Revenue Service; and
(2) It receives funding from the Township of West Milford; and
(3) The application is for a project that is for the benefit of the residents
of West Milford.
B. Escrow fees may not be waived; however, the professionals should
be encouraged to reduce their rates when such application or permit
fees are waived.

A. Application and professional review fees.
(1) A fee of $25 per each exemption determination where no zoning permit
is required.
(2) A fee of $40 for a combined exemption determination and zoning permit.
(3) An initial deposit of $750 for a professional review to be established
in an escrow account. The professional review fee may be reduced or
waived entirely at the discretion of the exemption designee in the
event the Township's professional consultants are not required
to conduct a review of the exemption request.
