There shall be a Censorship Committee, consisting
of three Councilors appointed by the President of the City Council
and such number of citizens as the Council Committee deems necessary
to investigate undesirable movies, books and magazines.
The Committee is hereby authorized to expend
funds from the City Council expense account, in an amount not to exceed
$100 per year, for expenses in connection with said investigations.
