This article shall be known and may be cited
as "Local Law Reducing the Per Centum of Exemption Under the Real
Property Tax Law for Certain Business Improvements in the Town of
Halfmoon."
The per centum of exemption from taxation otherwise
allowed pursuant to § 485-b of the Real Property Tax Law
of the State of New York is hereby reduced in the Town of Halfmoon
to zero.
This article shall take effect immediately upon
the filing thereof in the Office of the Secretary of State of the
State of New York.
