Editor's Note: Former Article IV, Downtown
Service District, adopted 4-13-1987, amended in its entirety 5-22-1995,
has been removed from the Code as the effectiveness of the tax program
authorized by the ordinance adopted 5-22-1995 expired on 7-1-1998,
with the exception that all delinquent taxes owed to the City as a
result of said tax program continue to be due to and collectible by
the City and all applicable penalties and interest shall apply.
