Township of German, PA Article VI Enforcement of Ordinances

[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 28, General Provisions, Art. I)]

§ 1-26 Enforcement of ordinances.

Enforcement of any and all ordinances whether heretofore or hereafter adopted shall be enforced by the Township Supervisors, the designated Code Enforcement Officer and any other person, firm or entity hereafter designated by the Township Supervisors, from time to time, by Resolution.
