A. 
Construction plans. Construction plans shall be prepared for all required improvements. Plans shall be drawn at a scale of no less than one inch equals 50 feet, and map sheets shall be not larger than twenty-four by thirty-six (24 x 36) inches.
B. 
Profiles shall be provided showing existing and proposed elevations along the center lines of all roads. Where a proposed road intersects an existing road or roads, the elevation along the center line of the existing road or roads within 100 feet of the intersection shall be shown.
C. 
The Planning Board may require, where necessary to allow a complete review, the present elevations of all proposed streets shall be shown every 100 feet at five points on a line at right angles to the center line of the street, and said elevation points shall be at the center line of the street, each property line and 25 feet inside the property line.
D. 
Plans and profiles shall be provided showing the locations and typical cross section of street pavements, including curbs and gutters, sidewalks, manholes and catch basins, the locations of street trees, streetlighting standards and street signs and the location, size and invert elevations of existing and proposed sanitary sewers, stormwater drains and fire hydrants and exact locations and sizes of all water, gas or other underground utilities or structures.
E. 
The plans shall show the location, size, elevation and other appropriate description of any existing facilities or utilities at the point of connection to proposed facilities and utilities within the subdivision.
F. 
All specifications and references required by the town's Construction Standards and Specifications shall be met.
G. 
Notation of approval shall be shown on the plans, as follows:
"Approved
By
Owner
Date
And
Planning Board Chairman
Date"
H. 
The plans shall include the title, name, address and signature of the professional engineer or surveyor and date, including revision dates
A. 
Final plat. The final subdivision plat shall be presented in drafting ink on tracing cloth or Mylar and shall be at the same scale and contain the same information as shown on the preliminary plat, except for any changes or additions required by resolution of the Board, including the information in Subsection A(1), (2) and (3). The preliminary plat may be used as the final subdivision plat if it meets these requirements and is revised in accordance with the Board's resolution and contains the following:
(1) 
Notation of any self-imposed restrictions and locations of any building lines proposed to be established in this manner, if required by the Planning Board in accordance with § 254-26B.
(2) 
Endorsement of the County Health Department.
(3) 
Lots numbered as directed by the Town Assessor.
B. 
Withheld lots. Final plats shall contain a note stating the number of lots or dwelling units, determined by the Planning Board, on which building permits are restricted in accordance with § 254-18B of this chapter,
A. 
When a bond is required. The Chairman of the Planning Board shall endorse approval on the plat after the bond has been approved by the Town Attorney and all the conditions of the resolution pertaining to the plat have been satisfied.
B. 
When no bond is required. The Chairman of the Planning Board shall endorse approval on the plat after all conditions of the resolution have been satisfied and all improvements satisfactorily completed.
C. 
Signature of the plat. The Chairman will sign the tracing cloth or Mylar original of the subdivision plat, which will be returned to the applicant.
D. 
Plat void if revised after signature. No changes, erasures, modifications or revisions shall be made in any subdivision plat after approval has been given by the Board and the plat has been endorsed. In the event that any subdivision plat contains any such changes when recorded by the County Clerk, the plat shall be null and void, and the Board shall institute proceedings to have said plat stricken from the records of the County Clerk. Any erasures made on a plat prior to its signing shall be initialed by the Chairman or Vice Chairman at the time of the signing.
E. 
Filing plat with county clerk. In accordance with the Town Law, the plat shall be filed within 60 days of the date of approval. The approval of any plat not so filed shall expire 60 days from the date of approval. In accordance with the Town Law, the County Clerk shall notify the Planning Board, in writing, within three days of the filing of the plat, identifying such plat by its title, date of filing, book and map page and map number.

F. 
Submission of copies of filed maps. The applicant shall submit 18 copies of the filed plat showing the endorsement of the County Clerk to the Planning Board's Secretary within 30 days of the date of filing with the County Clerk.
