The City of New Rochelle hereby establishes a Commuter Advisory
Committee consisting of nine members as follows: each member of the
City Council shall appoint one member, and the City Manager shall
appoint two representatives from City staff (the appointed members
shall be regular users of the Transit Center and/or railroad station
or a resident of the immediate area of the facility).
