The City Manager is hereby directed to cause the distribution of the
Code of Ethics of the City of New Rochelle, enacted as Local Law Nos. 1 and
2 of 1957, Local Law No. 1 of 1958, Local Law No. 6 of 1970 and Local Law
No. 2 of 1975, and as the same may be hereafter amended, to all officers and
employees of the City as the same are defined in Section 94.02, Subsection
1(a), of said Code,[1] presently in or hereafter entering upon the duties of their office
or employment, within 20 days for those presently in office or employment
and prior to the date of the entry into office or employment for those officers
and employees hereafter entering upon the duties of their office or employment.
