It shall be the duty of every police officer to arrest all disorderly
persons, and persons engaged in violating any of the laws of the Village,
and forthwith to convey such person before the Town Justice, to be dealt with
according to law.
It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, deface or tarnish any
public building, or any property belonging to the Village, or any well, pump,
fence, tree, or any useful or ornamental public work or improvement in said
Village, either by smearing the same with paint, mud, tar, oil or grease,
or by throwing stones or in any other manner, or to aid, abet or assist therein.
No person shall wilfully tear down any notice, handbill, or laws posted
in the Village unless posted on private property without the consent of the
owner or person in charge thereof.
It shall be unlawful for any person in the Village to obstruct, aid
and assist in obstructing any officer appointed by the Trustees, or obstruct
the Mayor or a Trustee, in the execution of his duty.
No owner or occupant of any lot or tenement in said Village shall cause
or permit any nuisance to be, or remain, in or upon the same lot, or between
the same and the center of the street adjoining.

All persons shall be and are hereby prohibited from throwing snowballs
in the streets of the Village.

No person shall trespass upon any portion of the water reservoir premises
of the Village located on the east side of East Street within the bounds of
the Village.
It shall be unlawful for persons to collect in groups or crowds in the
Village for unlawful purposes or to the annoyance and disturbance of the inhabitants
thereof.
All vulgar and profane or obscene language or conduct in any street
or public place, or on any of the bridges or banks of the lake or docks in
the Village, is forbidden.
No person shall play ball, beat, knock or drive any ball, or raise or
fly any kite, roll hoops, slide on sleds, boards or otherwise, or throw stones
or sticks in any public street in the Village.

All persons shall be and are hereby prohibited from sled riding or coasting
on any sidewalk in the Village.

All crosswalks within the Village are to be kept and preserved free
from any vehicles placed thereon, except so far as may be necessary in crossing
and recrossing.
