It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside
of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any abandoned,
unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any
kind which has an airtight door or lock which may not be released for opening
from the inside of said box, refrigerator or container.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside
of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any abandoned,
unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any
kind which has an airtight snap-lock or other device thereon without first
removing said snap-lock or doors from said icebox, refrigerator or container.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not exceeding $200 or by imprisonment for not in excess
of 60 days. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue
shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
