Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:5-1, the
provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes shall
be applicable to the semipublic or private roads, streets, driveways,
trails, terraces, parking areas, or other roadways of the Trowbridge
Condominium Association open to or used by the public, tenants, employees,
and the members of such institutions for purposes of vehicular travel
by permission of such persons, corporations, or institutions.
The roads, streets, driveways, trails, terraces, parking
areas, or other roadways of the Trowbridge Condominium Association
open to or used by vehicular traffic which shall be subject to the
provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes are set
forth on the attached drawing and include Trowbridge Lane and Harwood
Lane and the surrounding parking areas.[1]
