Township of Maple Shade, NJ Article XVII Residency Requirements

§ 32-64 Residency required.

All employees and officers shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 unless otherwise exempt under that law.

§ 32-68 Preference in promotions.

Residents shall be preferred for promotion in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-1.8 if the qualifications of the resident and nonresident as determined by objective criteria are equal.
