Any person who shall violate or fail, neglect
or refuse to comply with any provision of this chapter or any rule,
regulation, order or special direction duly made thereunder shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $100
or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and
imprisonment, and each day such violation shall continue shall constitute
a separate offense.
